Jo Owen is a successful entrepreneur, leader, author, speaker and advisor to top management. He has spent over 20 years working for some of the best companies in the world including Accenture, Apple Computers, Cap Gemini, BT, Barclays Bank, Halifax, Merrill Lynch and P&G. He has lived in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan, and he has worked with some of the world`s leading business school professors. His experience crosses industries and continents, and has required working in many different environments: from the boardroom to the post room.

As a social entrepreneur Jo Owen is one of the founders and a trustee of Teach First, which recruits outstanding graduates to teach in inner city schools and is now one of the top ten graduate recruiters in the UK. He is also chairman and co-founder of Start Up which has helped over 250 ex-offenders into self-employment so far.

As a leadership expert, Jo is author of How to Sell, How to Lead and How to Manage and several other best selling management books which have been translated into a dozen languages. He has presented two TV series for Teachers TV on leadership in schools. He has helped design and deliver the leadership programmes for Unilever, EDS, Teach First and Future Leaders.
