You can visit our physical bookstore which is located in AIM Management House, Spring Hill, Brisbane during opening hours.

We can easily search our suppliers' online databases by title, author or subject to find books published worldwide that are available in Australia. Just email managementbooks@aimqld.com.au or complete our online book request form.

Can I purchase a gift voucher online? How are they redeemed?   | top

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online - search for "Gift Voucher" or click here.

To redeem a Gift Voucher order books online as per usual and when you "Proceed to Payment" choose the payment option of "Gift Voucher". You can use a gift voucher to pay for part or all of your order.

No change will be given.

How do I order online?    | top

Placing an order online is a simple 3 step process:

  1. Finding an item
  2. Gather items in the Shopping Cart
  3. Place order

1. You can use the simple search box on the homepage to find items, alternatively, you can browse through the pages on the website to find featured items.

2. When you find an item you wish to purchase, click on the button/text link called "Add to Cart". You will then be transferred to a screen that details all the items you have added to your cart in your shopping session. You can continue to visit pages and search for more items to purchase - your shopping cart will retain its items unless you remove them or your computer session has timed-out due to inactivity.

3. When you have gathered the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart you should then choose a Shipping method on the Shopping Cart page. There are two options - choose the option that decribes the delivery location of your order.

When you are confident that the shopping cart accurately represents what you want to order, press the "Proceed to Payment" button to move on from the Shopping Cart.

When you have finished typing in your details, press the "Place Order" button to submit your order to Management Books. You will be presented with a confirmation page that displays your unique order reference number. It is recommended that you print this page in case you would like to refer to your order at a later date.

 

Can I order out of stock items?    | top

Yes. Our list of business titles is extensive. However, not all books are carried in stock. When available we can order the book especially for you.

If you found the item in our online catalogue, you can proceed through the normal ordering phases to place your order and we will contact you about the item's availability.

If you are unable to find the item you are looking for in our online catalogue, simply complete our online book request form.

 

How do I know if my order online has been received?    | top

After completing the Payment and Delivery Details form by clicking on the "Place Order" button you will be presented with a Order Confirmation. The order confirmation includes a order reference number (eg. "WWW123456789". Reaching this page confirms that your order has been received by our system.

If we require more details from you to complete or clarify your order we will contact you by telephone or email using the details that you provide.

At any time you can clarify that your order has been received by sending an email to managementbooks@aimqld.com.au.

 

Can I cancel my order?    | top

Whilst we cannot guarantee order cancellation, once you have placed your order, please notify us immediately via email and we will endeavour to assist you.

We are unable to cancel your order once you have received our confirmation email. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.

 

How do I know if my credit card ordering details will be secure?    | top

Your order can be delivered to a post office box within Australia through Australia Post only.

 

Do you deliver to Australian addresses?   | top

Yes. Management Books is located in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Make sure that you select the Australia postage option in your shopping cart before placing your order.

 

Can you ship orders worldwide?    | top

Why is there additional cost for shipping for DVDs, Videos and National Salary Surveys?   | top

DVDs, Videos and National Salary Surveys are couriered or specially delivered to you. This delivery service is more secure and ensures that your purchases arrive safely.

The standard shipping rate of $6.95 that appears for books in your shopping cart while ordering online does not apply.

After you have placed your order online, we will confirm full details of your order and shipping rate via a Confirmation of Order form.

When will my goods be delivered?    | top

In-stock now: This product is in stock and will usually ship within 24 hours.

Usually ships in 5-10 days: This product is not currently in stock. We estimate the product will be dispatched approximately 5-10 days after ordering. Dispatch times may differ on various products. Estimated turnaround depends on our supplier's performance and reliability.

We will always provide an estimate on delivery in your order confirmation email and do our best to deliver within this time frame however delays can sometimes occur.

If you select a number of products and one or more cannot be posted until later than the others, we use our discretion to send your products in multiple shipments at no extra cost.

Once we have dispatched your order, we estimate the following delivery times within Australia:

  • Queensland - 1-2 days
  • Victoria - 2-3 days
  • New South Wales - 2-3 days
  • South Australia - 3-4 days
  • Tasmania - 4-5 days
  • Western Australia - 5-7 days
  • Northern Territory - 5-7 days
